Undercover Common Core Video: Executive Says “I hate kids, it’s all about the money

James O’Keefe, president and founder of Project Veritas, released a powerful and troubling video showing a regional sales executive at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, one of the country’s leading textbook publishers and profiteers of Common Core admitting that Common Core is all about the money.

In this video, Project Veritas journalists visit with America’s top textbook publishing companies, the moneymakers of Common Core, in an effort to expose how crony capitalism is taking over America’s educational system. Shockingly, our journalists caught a publishing executive mocking her own immoral behavior and then laughing about it on hidden camera.

In O’Keefe’s video, Dianne Barrow, the West Coast Accounts Manager for Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt was caught on camera saying, “You don’t think that the educational publishing companies are in it for education do you? No. They’re in it for the money. The fact that they have to align the educational standards is what they have to do to sell the books.”

As you can see in the video, Barrow reveals how the textbook industry prioritizes profits over students.

“It’s a joke,” a Brooklyn, NY teacher confirmed in the undercover video. “It’s all a money game.”

After explaining how Common Core is overwhelmingly profit driven, Barrow went on to say, “I hate kids. I’m in it to sell books. Don’t even kid yourself for a heartbeat.”

“The publishing companies are the winners in the game,” stated Kirk Williams of PS 140 in the Bronx, NY.

“Our video exposes how the book publishers are all about the money with no regard for the actual needs of our children. Corporate cronyism and underhanded political deals have contributed to Common Core’s massive disruption and the unraveling of America’s educational fabric. In upcoming videos in this series, we’ll continue to expose how taxpayer dollars are used with little accountability to enrich the major book publishing companies,” says Project Veritas President James O’Keefe.

HIDDEN CAM: Another Publishing Executive Caught Dishing Dirt on Common Core

This second video of this series shows an account executive at Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt, the country’s second leading textbook publishing company and profiteer of Common Core, admitting that Common Core is never about the kids.

“It’s never about the kids,” is how Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt Strategic Account Manager Amelia Petties reveals how the textbook industry prioritizes profits over students, echoing the comments of her colleague Dianne Barrow who was featured in the first video of this Project Veritas Common Core series. Barrow’s employment with Houghton-Mifflin was terminated at the time of the release of that video.

After admitting that Common Core isn’t about the educational welfare of children, Petties explained how lucrative Common Core has been for the textbook publishing companies, saying, “There’s always money in it.”

Petties also suggested that changing the name of Common Core may be helpful in making textbook publishers more money by saying, “And slapping a new name on it, which in my case, I hope they do…Let’s do it…I can sell a shit ton of training around whatever you’re calling it.”

“Common Core, just another fad. I mean it’s the same stuff we have been teaching forever, they just packaged it different. Sparked it up, put some glitter on it and it is now the Common Core,” stated Katrina Myers, a teacher in Klamath Falls, OR.

“That’s another money making machine,” a Colorado teacher confirmed in the video, talking about Common Core.

“Our videos will continue to expose how the book publishers are all about the money with no regard for the actual needs of our children,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe.

“Corporate cronyism and underhanded political deals have contributed to Common Core’s massive disruption and the unraveling of America’s educational fabric, and it is no longer a secret thanks to our undercover videos. In upcoming videos in this series we will show more abuse of taxpayer dollars and how major textbook publishing companies are enriching themselves at the expense of children. Just as Pearson and Houghton-Mifflin responded to our first video, they will be forced to respond to what’s coming next,” concluded O’Keefe.

Two Executives Terminated as O’Keefe Hidden Cam Common Core Videos Force Top Publishing Companies to Respond

Immediately following the release of two Project Veritas undercover videos that focus on Common Core, top textbook publishing companies are responding. Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt released the following statement after two of their executives were caught on camera, “HMH will not tolerate behavior and conduct that contradicts our values and commitments to learning… The individuals who made these statements are no longer with the company.”

“It’s never about the kids,” is how Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt Strategic Account Manager Amelia Petties reveals how the textbook industry prioritizes profits over students, echoing the comments of her colleague Dianne Barrow who was featured in the first Project Veritas Common Core video of this series. Barrow’s employment with Houghton-Mifflin was terminated at the time of the release of that video.

In the first videoDianne Barrowthe West Coast Accounts Manager for Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt was caught on camera saying, “You don’t think that the educational publishing companies are in it for education do you? No. They’re in it for the money. The fact that they have to align the educational standards is what they have to do to sell the books.” She also added, “I hate kids.”

Houghton-Mifflin CEO Linda Zelcher told the Daily Mail that she was “appalled by these comments.” Zelcher added,“These statements in no way reflect the views of HMH and the commitment of our over 4,000 employees who dedicate their lives to serving teachers and students every day.”

However, the second video released by Project Veritas showed that other Houghton-Mifflin executives actually do share similar views to Barrow regarding Common Core and children. As with other James O’Keefe video series, Project Veritas plans to release additional videos exposing different facets of Common Core.

Pearson, the number one textbook publishing company and profiteer of Common Core also responded to the videos with a similar statement, saying, “The comments in this video in no way represent Pearson’s values or business practices. They are offensive to our 40,000 employees, many of whom are parents, former teachers, or students themselves, and are dedicated to working each and every day to help people make more of their lives through learning.”

Thanks to these undercover videos, we’ve now injected faces into the Common Core debate,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe.   “These two formerly employed Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt employees now serve as the poster children for the corporate profit-before-kids mentality which permeates the textbook industry. As I predicted, publishing companies are being forced to respond.”

“In the words of Houghton-Mifflin, our upcoming videos in this series will continue to show more ‘behavior and conduct that contradicts the values and commitment of learning,’ abuse of taxpayer dollars and how major textbook publishing companies are enriching themselves at the expense of children,” concluded O’Keefe.

COMMON CORE EXEC REVEALS ANTI-AMERICAN AGENDA: Guns, STDs & Islam

The third video of this Project Veritas series on Common Core shows a former executive for Pearson, the country’s leading textbook publishing company, admitting that elements of Common Core intentionally push elitist indoctrination upon students.

In James O’Keefe’s video, Kimberly Koerber, a former executive for Pearson who now works for National Geographic, was caught on camera justifying the Common Core curriculum on the grounds of anti-American and unconstitutional values.

“People that are not educated, Fox TV viewers, think that Common Core comes from the educated liberal groups and that’s why they are against it. They don’t know anything about it,” revealed Koerber to undercover Project Veritas journalists.

“The dead white guys did not create this country” and “Damn the Second Amendment” are examples of other statements made by Koerber on hidden camera.

Although Common Core has been a controversial topic for several years, O’Keefe’s recent undercover videos have resurrected the Common Core debate and have helped bring the issue to the campaign trail.

“Nobody can win when you’re in favor of Common Core. It’s a disaster,” said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, speaking to the same South Carolina audience O’Keefe addressed the following day.

“I haven’t seen the video on Common Core,” said Senator Ted Cruz. “I saw that he [O’Keefe] did it. I’ve seen a lot of his other videos…I’ll tell you this, as President I will instruct the Department of Education to end Common Core on day one.”

“The real issues for Common Core is the elites in our culture who want to indoctrinate our young people into a certain way to think, a certain belief structure, and it’s all spread out through Common Core,” said former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.

Following the release of two Project Veritas undercover videos that focused on the corporate cronyism foundation of Common Core, top textbook publishing companies and presidential candidates are responding. Houghton-Mifflin CEO Linda Zelcher told the Daily Mail that she was “appalled by these comments” and the employment of two HMH executives was terminated.

Pearson, the nation’s largest publishing company, released this statement: “The comments in this video in no way represent Pearson’s values or business practices. They are offensive to our 40,000 employees, many of whom are parents, former teachers, or students themselves, and are dedicated to working each and every day to help people make more of their lives through learning.”

“Thanks to these undercover videos, we’ve now injected faces into the Common Core debate,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe. “With this third video, we’ve shown that there is truly an elitist liberal agenda behind the destruction of America’s public education system. I am putting everyone on notice, if you are using taxpayer money to brainwash our children, I’m going to teach you a lesson and make you an unwilling Internet sensation.”

Common Core Insider Reveals Info About LA Bid Rigging Scandal

The fourth video of this Project Veritas series on Common Core shows a former executive for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the country’s second leading textbook publishing company, alleging that the textbook industry is more about politics and money than education. Again, Project Veritas undercover journalists used hidden video cameras to capture what text book executives would never say in public.

In James O’Keefe’s video, Gilbert Garcia, a former executive who worked for Houghton Mifflin for 31 years, claims that the textbook industry is not based on merit and that politics often impact contractual procedures. “I’m going to share this, but it never came from me, the reality was that the evaluations that were done on all the supposed competitors, Pearson was not the real winner, yet Pearson got the contract,” said Garcia.

The contract Garcia is referring to is a 1.3 billion dollar deal to put Apple iPads loaded with curriculum into the Los Angeles public school system, a deal that was made in 2013. All of the top textbook publishers wanted to bid for that contract, but according to Garcia, the bidding was rigged, and Pearson, the country’s largest textbook publisher, received the contract.

“You have a conflict of interest, you have an evaluation that led to the selection of a company that wasn’t even clearly the number one company,” said Garcia.

When an undercover Project Veritas journalist asked Garcia why it was not known to the public that Pearson was not the number one publisher and why the news had not yet reported on the issue, Garcia said, “because it was an evaluation that was done behind closed doors…Maybe somebody hasn’t discovered it yet.”

This is not the first time Project Veritas undercover journalists found a Houghton Mifflin Harcourt executive revealing that the publishing industry prioritizes profits and politics before education.

In the first video, Dianne Barrow, the West Coast Accounts Manager for Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt was caught on camera saying, “You don’t think that the educational publishing companies are in it for education do you? No. They’re in it for the money. The fact that they have to align the educational standards is what they have to do to sell the books.” She also added, “I hate kids.”

Houghton-Mifflin CEO Linda Zelcher told the Daily Mail that she was “appalled by these comments.” Zelcher added, “These statements in no way reflect the views of HMH and the commitment of our over 4,000 employees who dedicate their lives to serving teachers and students every day.”

However, the second video released by Project Veritas showed that other Houghton-Mifflin executives actually do share similar views to Barrow regarding Common Core and children.

Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt released the following statement after two of their executives were caught on camera, “HMH will not tolerate behavior and conduct that contradicts our values and commitments to learning… The individuals who made these statements are no longer with the company.”

When the first video was released and Diane Barrow mentioned that she was a former employee of Pearson, the nation’s largest publishing company, they released this statement: “The comments in this video in no way represent Pearson’s values or business practices. They are offensive to our 40,000 employees, many of whom are parents, former teachers, or students themselves, and are dedicated to working each and every day to help people make more of their lives through learning.”

However, when Project Veritas journalists spoke to Kim Koerber, a former Pearson executive who worked with the company for more than 20 years, she agreed that the LA bidding contract was rigged in Pearson’s favor.

“The contract was written for Pearson to win… All the companies knew that… Everybody knew that it was written for Pearson,” said Koerber.

“Thanks to these undercover videos, we’ve continued to inject faces into the Common Core debate,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe. “In an extraordinary sequence of events, Project Veritas released three Common Core corruption videos and three Common Core executives have been fired. But so far, none of this has been mentioned on the Cable networks. There will be no journalism awards, but we have exposed and will continue to expose how the book publishers are all about the money with no regard for the actual needs of our children, how corporate cronyism and underhanded political deals have contributed to Common Core’s massive disruption and the unraveling of America’s educational fabric, and how taxpayer dollars are used with little accountability to enrich the major book publishing companies.”

UNC Title IX Mandatory Reporter Seems to Turn Blind Eye to Report of Sexual Deviancy in Girl’s Bathroom

Female Undercover Journalist Illustrates the Same Can Happen when Gender Roles Are Reversed

North Carolina Bathroom Gender Laws Are Not Being Enforced

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Could gender neutral bathrooms be used to provide the ultimate cover for sexual exploitation? Going straight to the heart of the current bathroom controversy, Project Veritas went undercover in North Carolina to find out and is releasing their findings in this new video.

Perhaps the most egregious of the hidden camera interviews was with Jill Moffitt, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Title IX Administrator at the University of North Carolina – Asheville. When our male undercover journalist told Moffitt that he enjoys taking snapchats of females in the women’s bathroom, the following conversation transpired:

MALE JOURNALIST: There has been some snapchats but they self-destruct.

UNC ADMINISTRATOR: Well they don’t really self-destruct.

MALE JOURNALIST: I hope they self-destruct.

ADMINISTRATOR: You’re taking snap chats of women? You’re alerting me to what we call “sexual exploitation.” Don’t tell me anything more… Don’t tell me anything more… When people take…don’t say anything just listen.

U.S. Title IX provides that no “person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

This has led to the widespread adoption of sexual discrimination policies at colleges and universities.  Employees with supervisory or administrative duties are deemed “responsible employees” under UNC policy.  Accordingly, they are “required by the University to immediately share all details about a report of Prohibited Conduct (including the known details of the incident (e.g., date, time, location), the names of the parties involved, a brief description of the incident and if the incident has been previously reported) with the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office, Title IX Compliance Coordinator, or a member of the Response Team in person, by telephone, electronically, or by email.”

“If a report of prohibited conduct discloses a serious and immediate threat to the campus community, UNC Department of Public Safety will issue a timely notification to protect the health or safety of the community,” the policy adds.

Under North Carolina state law, it is illegal pursuant to NC Gen. Stat. § 14-202 to “secretly peep into [ ] room occupied by another.”  This includes using any “device to create a photographic image of another person in that room for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person shall be guilty of a Class I felony.”

Project Veritas’ female journalist assigned to this story stated that she enjoys going to the men’s room for purposes of sexual excitement. Deborah Miles, Director of the Center of Diversity Education at UNC – Asheville seemed to encourage this behavior.

FEMALE JOURNALIST:  I mean, I think it’s…in this sick way, kind of…exciting.

DIVERSITY DIRECTOR: [laughs] Yeah, because you’re not “supposed to do it.”

JOURNALIST:  You’re not supposed to do it, and, I mean, there’s guys in there! I like guys!

DIRECTOR:  Yeah, it’s a turn-on.

JOURNALIST:  I mean, is that wrong to say?

DIRECTOR: No, it’s not wrong to say.

“That university officials seem to turn a blind eye to the law is bad enough, but when they endanger the safety of our children by unnecessarily exposing them to sexual deviants in a bathroom environment they should face public exposure through the media,” said Project Veritas Founder and President James O’Keefe.

Oregon Elections: Public School kids used by Candidate for Secretary of State to Canvass on ‘Bus Project’

James O’Keefe, president and founder of Project Veritas, released a powerful and troubling new video today showing the former Majority leader of Oregon’s House of Representatives exploiting children in Oregon’s public educational system in her climb to political power.

In this new video, O’Keefe conducts a multi-year investigation into the Oregon public school education. During his investigation, O’Keefe specifically focused on Oregon’s service learning program, which is “aligned with common core standards and Oregon’s new graduation requirements.” Thus, every public school student in Oregon is required to complete community service hours in order to graduate. Project Veritas found operations like the Bus Project, which transform the classroom into a political operation designed to re-elect candidates and convert the community service curriculum by presenting itself as a volunteer run democracy. O’Keefe presented himself as a Bus Project volunteer and filmed their efforts to help re-elect Democratic Oregon State Representative candidates, specifically Val Hoyle.

In the video, Val Hoyle is seen collaborating her political activities with then Oregon Superintendent of Public Schools, Susan Castillo. “I think it’s absolutely critical that we are all here today to help Val Hoyle be very, very successful in her election campaign for the Oregon House. What I love is the connection with you, with the youth in our state. And how important it is that the bus project has been so incredibly effective at mobilizing young people, to help young people understand, how important it is to be politically active, And to get into action, get on the bus and to really work to try to get good people, effective people into political office,” said Castillo.

As the Superintendent of Oregon’s Public School System, Castillo was effectively asking high school students to help re-elect a particular candidate, which is highly unethical given the fact that her job requires her to remain objective. Not only was Castillo verbally encouraging students to support Van Hoyle and other Democratic candidates, but, students were receiving community service credit towards their mandatory curriculum for their campaign activity. When students expressed concern over canvassing for candidates they didn’t support, they were told they could not have information about the opposition candidates.

Student: “I have a question. Is there any way we can learn about the other candidate, because I just don’t want to like blindly support this person. Cause, I can see her views here, but I don’t know—her opposition.”

Bus Project staff member: “Ok so, we are only given the opposition, okay I don’t know other than opposition, it doesn’t, no one else is listed.”

While on the bus, O’Keefe spoke with Hoyle about her intentions with the students. “I know the bus reaches out to high schools and colleges. For us, we just have the lane bus, so that’s more (inaudible), metro, so we outreach to high schools there, youth bowl, and community college to help young people get involved and organized and activated and help get the vote out at the campus level,” said Hoyle.

“Our video exposes how unethical and morally base both Val Hoyle and the Oregon Public School systems are. They used community service, which is supposed to be used for community betterment, and they used it for their own selfish political gain at the expense of children. The public school education system is broken and this is yet another example of how the Common Core curriculum has allowed for underhanded political deals to contribute to the unraveling of America’s educational fabric,” said O’Keefe.

James O’Keefe Confronts George Soros’s Open Society Foundation Over Lack of Accountability and Transparency

James O’Keefe, president and founder of Project Veritas released an entertaining new video today showing employees of the Open Society Foundation evading questions from O’Keefe and Polish activist Matthew Tyrmand.

In this new video, O’Keefe and Tyrmand confront Open Society employees outside of their office headquarters in New York City to see whether or not they are funding radical far-left movements in Europe and the United States. Project Veritas wanted to see if the Open Society was willing to uphold its foundation’s mission statement, which supposedly includes openness and transparency.

O’Keefe and Tyrmand confronted a large number of Open Society Foundation employees, majority of whom would not admit they worked for the foundation and even denied that they worked for the foundation. Tyrmand and others believe George Soros and his foundation have funded radical movements, both foreign and domestic, including Black Lives Matter.

O’Keefe and Tyrmand planned to confront the Open Society Foundation to expose their questionable activities. O’Keefe posed as a Hungarian investor and connected with Dana Geraghty, a Program Director at the Open Society Foundation. She called O’Keefe and left a voicemail, and when O’Keefe showed up at the Open Society Foundation, the security guard said, “”I don’t think she’s going to be seeing you today. I’m just being honest.”

When O’Keefe said, “How do you know that?” The security guard responded by saying, “Because I spoke to her.”

Clearly the Open Society Foundation isn’t so open.

Statement from Yonkers City Council Regarding Recent Project Veritas Video

The following is a press release issued by Yonkers City Council President Liam McLaughlin regarding the recent video released by Project Veritas regarding Yonkers Federation of Teachers officials Pat Puleo and Paul Diamond:

UNION OFFICIALS WHO CONSPIRED TO COVER-UP CHILD ABUSE MUST GO, COUNCIL SAYS

yonkerslogoYONKERS, NY – An undercover investigation by journalists from Project Veritas has gone viral. Pat Puleo and Paul Diamond, president and vice-president of the Yonkers Federation of Teachers, were caught on tape explaining how to sweep allegations of child abuse under the rug.

City Council President Liam McLaughlin said, “There is much good that happens in our schools and many fine teachers and employees. We cannot let the actions of a few outshine the hard work and dedication of so many, but we also cannot allow a situation where a cover-up could be directed by City employees to hide allegations of child abuse, use of racial epithets, fraud and theft of honest services in the school system. We feel those responsible should resign immediately.”

A New York Post editorial from June 8, ‘A Teachers Union at Work’ makes it clear that City employees, in their capacity as President and Vice-President of the Yonkers Federation of Teachers, advised “fraud and violations of workplace rules to a man they thought was a teacher who’d hit a student.”

“Beyond the growing national embarrassment this situation has caused, we worry for both the safety of our children and the integrity of the personnel and time & attendance systems and procedures in place at the Yonkers Public Schools,” Majority Leader John Larkin said. “What kind of people would conspire to conceal child abuse and assist in covering up a teacher going AWOL for two weeks without permission?”

A subsequent Facebook live-streamed interview on June 8th by the same investigative journalists with the same individuals has only confirmed that the “theoretical” situation played out in the original video may be a regular occurrence.

“Fraud is a very serious accusation that this City Council will not abide,” Council member Mike Breen said. “Especially in light of the City’s recent budget crises caused by misassumption of funds at the Board of Education, we owe a fiduciary duty to the people of the City of Yonkers to see corrective action taken. The Inspector General must be directed to look into this right away.”

“These tapes reflects very poorly on our beloved City and its employees and they are difficult to watch,” Council member Dennis Shepherd said. “The two City employees depicted therein display blatant disregard for the integrity of our school system and do not appear to be overly concerned at the prospect of defrauding the City and manipulating the system for personal gain. This unethical and amoral behavior has now been rebroadcast to tens of millions of viewers throughout the nation. What a sad day for Yonkers.”

The YFT officials have allegedly submitted an apology letter to the Board of Education and could face inquiry from the Yonkers Inspector General. The four City Council members today said that nothing short of their resignations would suffice and vowed not to support a new contract until those responsible had stepped down.

Undercover: Middle School Health Teacher Caught on Camera Offering Cocaine

This second video of the Project Veritas undercover teachers union series shows how some teachers don’t practice what they preach and could potentially get away with drug abuse on campus.

While Project Veritas journalists were at the New Jersey Educators Association (NJEA) Conference in 2015 revisiting the unethical stomping ground of the teachers previously featured in James O’Keefe’s “Teachers Gone Wild” undercover series, PV journalists encountered Robert Klein, a middle school gym teacher at Howell Township Middle School in New Jersey.

In O’Keefe’s video, Klein invites PV journalists to his hotel room at the Borgata to party on November 5, 2015. When the journalists encounter Klein, he invites the journalists to snort cocaine with him, and tells the journalists about his drug use as a teacher.

“I am a teacher. I’m not driving around with fucking weed in my car. But I’ll have it delivered to my house. If you come to my home, Like this, you come to my home at night, you come to my room now, I have booze, I have water, I have blow at the house…you know whatever anybody wants I have there, and I don’t mind having it there. Because it’s easy, it’s just one guy who delivers it and drops it off,” said Klein.

After admitting that he does cocaine and smokes marijuana, Klein continued to emphasize how he uses his knowledge from working with drug dogs on the campus of the middle school he teaches at, and how it has taught him how to carry drugs and not get caught. “But if someone says to me, you’ve got to drive over like three towns away from where I live and pick this up, and drive home, I’ll be like no. Like I work with the police in the school district with the drug dogs and they teach us, and they teach our kids how the drug dogs sniff out drugs. No we’re not putting drugs in my car! Blow different. You put it in your pocket, it’s nothing,” said Klein.

When PV journalists suggested that Klein should be careful with his drug use since he is a teacher, he became suspicious and tried to check the  journalists for hidden recording devices. “What, look at you two. You got fuckin’ wires on? [teacher grabs PV journalist and pats him down] No look at this guy, he’s got a wire on.”

Klein calmed down and the journalists were not caught, but they were once again offered cocaine from Klein. “Let’s go. Let’s go have drinks. If you want some blow you can have a bump. You can do whatever you want,” said Klein.

After the conference, PV journalists visited Ronald Villano, a New Jersey Education Association official in Klein’s district. The PV journalist suggested that she knew a teacher with a drug problem, without revealing Klein’s name. We wanted to find out whether the union would help the teacher. Surprisingly, the union official was giving advice on how the teacher could avoid being caught with drugs on campus.

Villano: “Well if he’s using during the day then he’s carrying it with him.”

PV Journalist: “Well he doesn’t bring it with him to school usually because he’s a health and physical education teacher.”

Villano: “He should know better.”

PV Journalist: “Know better to not bring it to school.”

Villano: “No, know better what the drug does to you.”

PV Journalist: “Yeah he should you’re right. But because he knows when they’re doing like searches and stuff like that so he never brings it then.”

Villano: “Well they have dog sniffing, they have drug sniffing dogs they bring for that.”

PV Journalist: “Yeah and they usually alert him when that’s happening.”

Villano: “They’ll pick up a trace and that dog will sniff that gym or the health room wherever he’s in.”

PV Journalist: “Okay so he should stop bringing it to school.”

Villano: “Yeah I would strongly urge him. But I would strongly urge him to turn himself in to get help. To get rehab.”

PV Journalist: Okay so he should keep his mouth shut. That’s what you would say.

Villano: Ah yeah. Because he’s jeopardizing his job.

PV Journalist: By talking.

Villano: Yeah and the school will turn him into the police.

PV Journalist: That’s worse case scenario.

Villano: Yeah. He’ll lose a lot more than just his job. He’ll lose his livelihood.

Even when the union is faced with a report of a teacher who may be using drugs on campus, their main priority is to protect the teacher instead of the children. To prove the hypocrisy of the physical education and health teacher even more, Project Veritas presented Klein with the New Star Learning “Stay Ahead Award,” for Excellence in Drug Abuse Awareness on April 20, 2016.

While accepting his award, Klein had this advice for his students: “Give yourself a natural high instead of doing drugs,” said Klein.

Clearly Mr. Klein needs to practice his own advice before dishing it out to minors.

Teachers Union President To Kids: “I Will Kick Your F*****g Ass”

“Do you really think I’m a motherfucker? Son, go for it and I’ll give you the first shot.” – Steve Wentz, President of United Teachers of Wichita
“I’ve done this more than once and I said, but I guarantee you, I will kick your fucking ass.”– Steve Wentz, President of United Teachers of Wichita
“Are you serious? I mean, yeah. If it was proven that I told a kid come at me, hit me and I will kick your ass. Oh yeah, they wouldn’t. I don’t know about Virginia, but Kansas would hang my ass out to dry.” — Steve Wentz, President of United Teachers of Wichita

The fourth video of the undercover teachers union series shows a systemic problem of corruption within the teachers union that extends far beyond New York City.

In the first video, union officials in Yonkers advised Project Veritas journalists on how to cover up child abuse and excessive absenteeism through an elaborate scenario which involved being kidnapped by drug cartel leaders. In the second video, Project Veritas exposed a hypocritical New Jersey middle school health teacher who offered undercover journalists cocaine, and his local union representative who said he wouldn’t report a drug abusing teacher. In the third video, other United Federation of Teachers (UFT) representatives across New York echoed the same unethical sentiments of the Yonkers and New Jersey officials who were caught on camera. In this fourth video, the President of the United Teachers of Wichita admits to physically assaulting children in the classroom and being protected by the union.

In James O’Keefe’s video, an interaction takes place between several Project Veritas journalists and Steve Wentz, the President of United Teachers of Wichita. Throughout several interactions, Wentz admits to being physically abusive to his students and not caring about the consequences since he is the president of the union.

When Project Veritas journalists first encountered Wentz, it was at the National Council of Urban Education Associations (NCUEA) between June 26-29, 2015 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista in Buena Vista, FL. The Project Veritas journalist engaged him at the bar where Wentz made the following disturbing admission:

“Wichita State asked me to come out and talk to their new teachers in education about classroom discipline and I went… I mean, ex- military, I’m sure you… I mean you know, there were times in my class where I had a kid do something crazy and you know… I told him when the bell rings, I said hang on, hang on a minute, I want to talk to you. So the bell rings everybody leaves and I go over, shut the door, lock it, pull the shades down, take all my shit out of my pockets and I go, do you really want to kick my ass? Do you really think I’m a motherfucker? Son, go for it and I’ll give you the first shot.”

When the undercover journalist asked Wentz whether he did this to a student, he said, ““I’ve done this more than once and I said, but I will guarantee you, I will kick your fucking ass.”

Wentz admitted that the union would punish him for his actions if they ever found out, as he even described his actions as “over the line”. However, Project Veritas wanted to find out whether or not Wentz would admit to the same confession he made in Orlando, but while in his role as union president.

A different Project Veritas journalist posed as the uncle of the student who Wentz bragged about threatening and he confronted Wentz in Kansas. The journalist originally planned to confront Wentz at the union office where Wentz was clocked in, but a union employee said that Wentz was at a dentist appointment. When the PV journalist tracked Wentz down, he was at a coffee shop.

When the journalist confronted Wentz about his confession to threatening several students, Wentz denied it, saying, “I have never said that to a kid at school.”

However, when the journalist said that he would be contacting the union or the police, Wentz said, “Okay, go for it. I mean first of all, I’m the president of the union, so…,” suggesting that his position of authority would make him immune to any consequences.

After Wentz continued to deny what he originally said in Orlando, the PV journalist continued to press Wentz, who became increasingly more defensive and argumentative, using profanity and even resorting to threats. “What I say to my kids is my fucking business, Dan. This conversation is over and I tell you what? If you show up again, I’m gonna call the cops.”

“We’ve been contacted by parents and students across the country reacting to our last few teacher’s union videos about similar experiences they’ve had. Now we strongly encourage any students who have been threatened by Mr. Wentz to come forward and contact us at Project Veritas dot com. It’s clear Wentz doesn’t want to own up to his own actions and will use his “union president” position to protect himself. Wentz admits that what he did was wrong and if the union found out, he would be in trouble. But he isn’t worried. Why? Because Wentz is the union” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe.

Yonkers Inspector General Vindicates Project Veritas Video and Recommends Termination of Union Officials

One week following the release of Project Veritas’s undercover investigation into the Yonkers teachers union, News 12 reported that Brendan McGrath, the Yonkers Inspector General launched an investigation into the Yonkers Federation of Teachers.

In a report addressed to Mayor Mike Spano which was released today, the IG recommended the immediate termination of Yonkers Federation of Teachers President Patricia Puleo and Executive Vice President Paul Diamond.

The Inspector General conducted a thorough investigation of the union officials caught on camera, along with Project Veritas’ raw footage.

“Upon request, Project Veritas permitted the IG, an investigator, and an attorney representing the Yonkers Public Schools to view the unedited video in its entirety at their facility,” stated the report. “Upon viewing the video, it is clear that no liberties were taken from a contextual perspective.”

“The Yonkers IG investigation is a victory for students in Yonkers which will hopefully resonate throughout the country,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe. “A Democratic administration in Yonkers investigated the raw footage and determined there were no edits which changed the context of the video. This type of bipartisanship helped to spotlight the corruption and abuse that students could potentially face as a result of elaborate union cover-ups. It’s also nice to see elected Democrats in Yonkers conclude that we do not deceptively edit our tapes.”

The American Federation of Teachers has also hired a firm to investigate these two union officials.

Congressional Gun Grabbers’ Hypocrisy Exposed

$

In a follow up to Project Veritas’s Citizens Against Senseless Gun Violence video from 2012, Project Veritas journalists decided to return to the homes of America’s top Second Amendment bashers to find out if they would live according to the words they speak. After the Orlando terror attack, Democrats stormed Congress for sit-ins and other protests in favor of gun control, refusing to participate in legislation measures until a gun control bill was passed.

In this new video, Project Veritas set its sights on top gun control advocates in Congress to see how they felt when placed in the same position as those who fall victim within Gun-Free Zones. The people who died in the Orlando Pulse terror attack died in a building where firearms aren’t allowed. Project Veritas put that same concept to the test with some of America’s most fervent advocates for gun control.

Posing as “Citizens Against Senseless Violence,” Project Veritas citizen journalists went door-to-door in New York and Washington, D.C. to see which outspoken champions for gun control would be willing to declare their own home as a “Gun-Free Zone” by placing a sign on their lawn.

Congresswoman Barbara Lee believes that “we need to have, of course, our gun safety measures should be passed.” However, when Project Veritas journalists visited her office to see if she would put a sign in front of her office or home, her communications director said no, “I’m actually a gun owner.”

When Project Veritas journalists encountered Congressman Charles Rangel, he refused to take the sign, despite saying that he agreed with the cause, saying “I had a tough election. Very emotional political time. This is my home I have a guest I need a little privacy. And I’m 100 percent on board with the issue, so why don’t you go where people need a little pushing.”

A revelation took place in the office of Congressman John Conyers. His legislative assistant, Erik Sperling said the following when asked if Conyers would put the “Gun-Free Home” sign in front of his house: “He is from Detroit. I never even thought about this angle. This is almost… I am a big gun control advocate. This is a new angle that had not thought of and it makes me almost nervous like… That house, I would like it to say, you know, ‘Armed security, stay back.’ My boss, he is such a legit guy.”

An intern for Conyers followed up on the invitation to have a “Gun-Free Home” sign in Conyers’s home, adding, “I feel like that would unnecessarily make my home a target.”

“Clearly these Democratic Congressmen and women who are fighting for gun control are adamantly opposed to the idea of placing themselves within a gun-free zone and announcing it to the world, primarily for security reasons. The hypocrisy of the anti-gun lobby is a weapon in itself, and a great threat to the American public,” said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe.

UNDERCOVER: FSU and UVA Embrace Fictitious 99.99% Society

UPDATE: YouTube has yanked this video because they claim there was some sort of violation of their Terms of Service. It can’t be for the music (a common reason YouTube yanks videos) because we wrote and recorded the music ourselves.

Here’s a Facebook version of the video:

New Video Highlights the Absurdity and Fiscal Irresponsibility of Campuses “Protecting” Students from New Ideas
O’Keefe Stings Florida State University Immediately Before Milo Yiannopoulos Addresses the Students
99.99% Society: A Humorous Video Message From James O’Keefe, Gavin McInnes, Guy Benson, and Lucian Wintrich

(NEW YORK) — In part II of a video series released by Project Veritas, James O’Keefe once again takes on the overly sensitive college policies and professors who are mollycoddling students on campuses across the country. The video uses undercover footage to highlight the thought processes of several university faculty members and administrators at Florida State University (FSU) and University of Virginia (UVA) who take political correctness to such an extreme that they agree to the most outlandish of scenarios presented by the investigative journalists.

In the concerning video, a Project Veritas journalist engages in a conversation with an administrator who says that words are more painful than physical violence. While posing as members of the fictitious “99.99% Society”, which was established for students who are emotionally disturbed by opinions which differ from their own or confrontation with any reality which contrasts with their world view, PV journalists found a sociology professor at FSU who entertained the idea of having segregated safe spaces for different types of people, saying, “I was gonna say like that the idea of separate dorms and things like that do often get pushed back from people who don’t recognize this whole debate.”

The use of hidden cameras enabled O’Keefe and Project Veritas journalists to expose the FSU and UVA faculty members in a manner far different from the way they would have presented themselves to the general public. When a PV journalist asked about funding for “emotional first aid”, an FSU faculty member said “you can get little mini grants. I don’t know the amounts but there’s also things you can do.” The video illustrates how publicaly-funded U.S. institutions of higher education are failing the American people with the introduction of concepts such as safe spaces, triggering and emotional first aid, compliments of taxpayer largesse.

The video features several prominent conservative movement opinion leaders. VICE co-founder Gavin McInnes, Fox News contributor Guy Benson and Lucian “Twinks for Trump” Wintrich act out the roles and sarcastically repeat the quotes from the university officials in this thought provoking, culturally relevant, and enlightening video which highlights the absurdities of the modern college campus and political correctness run amok.

This video is the second in a series where Project Veritas introduces yet a new angle on oversensitivity on campuses gone wild.  Project Veritas’s new musical track entitled “Emotional First Aid” is featured in the video, which has a catchy hip-hop beat, pop sensibilities and mildly political lyrics.

HIDDEN CAMERA: NYC Democratic Election Commissioner, “They Bus People Around to Vote”

In a video released by Project Veritas, James O’Keefe exposes what everyone except Democrats have known to be true. There is a lot of voter fraud.

In the video, NYC Democratic Commissioner of the Board of Elections Alan Schulkin is caught on hidden camera at a United Federation of Teachers holiday party admitting that there is widespread voter fraud in New York City.

“Yeah, they should ask for your ID. I think there is a lot of voter fraud,” said Schulkin, who elaborated on the types of voter fraud that are taking place in New York.

Voter fraud has been labeled as a right-wing myth by the left, but Schulkin, a Democrat, confirmed everyone’s worst fears, going against the grain of his own party.

“You know, I don’t think it’s too much to ask somebody to show some kind of an ID…Like I say, people don’t realize, certain neighborhoods in particular they bus people around to vote,” said Schulkin.

When asked about which type of neighborhoods the busing of voters takes place in, Schulkin confirmed that it was minority neighborhoods, adding, “they get busses and they move people around.”

Schulkin expressed concern over voter fraud and suggested that Mayor Bill de Blasio was to blame for a lot of the voter fraud taking place in New York City.

“He gave out ID cards. De Blasio. That’s in lieu of a driver’s license, but you can use it for anything. But, they didn’t vet people to see who they really are. Anybody can go in there and say I am Joe Smith, I want an ID card. It’s absurd. There’s a lot of fraud. Not just voter fraud, all kinds of fraud.”

Despite having disapproval with de Blasio’s faulty ID program and widespread voter fraud, Schulkin also expressed concerns over safety in the polling locations as well as the potential for voter fraud, specifically with regards to Muslims wearing burkas.

“They detonate bombs in the public schools, which we are using. That could disrupt the whole election…Your vote doesn’t even count, because they can go in there with a burka and you don’t know if they are a voter.”

It is clear after listening to a New York City Democratic Election Commissioner that the Democrats are in denial of the fraud that surrounds them. Schulkin confirms that voter ID laws are something that New York City desperately needs as a way to curb voter fraud.

#DJ20 Protestors Plot to Chain Trains to Stop DC Metro Trains

Organizers for DisruptJ20 Caught Encouraging Protestors to Pay Homeless to Block Traffic, Highway Access & Major Bridges

Smash Racism DC Co-Founder Describes Throat-Punching as a Legitimate Form of Protest

(Washington D.C.) Project Veritas has just released Part II of a series which uncovers leaders of the DisruptJ20 movement and various affiliated fringe groups actively plotting criminal activities to disrupt President-Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.  These activities likely violate multiple criminal laws.

Project Veritas journalists were invited via Facebook to several DisruptJ20 meetings throughout Washington DC and one in Brooklyn, NY. DJ20 organizer Legba Carrefour, on January 8 at a DJ20 Spokes Council meeting expressed plans to block all major points of ingress to the District of Columbia by highway, bridge, and Metro Rail. In a conversation between him and another organizer, he explained a plan to chain trains at Metro Center, Gallery Place and L’Enfant Plaza.

“So we figured out this, the trains pull up, one person is going to lock one end of a chain to an edge, and on the other end of the chain the end of the car…done. It takes 15 seconds and everyone can leave and literally it can’t go anywhere at that point, its anchored,” Carrefour explained. “If I were to hit Metro Center, Gallery Place, and L’Enfant Plaza, they are all close enough to walk to and that’s every single line in the city.”

Carrefour more recently did an interview with the Washington Examiner. The details that Project Veritas uncovered were not mentioned in that interview by Carrefour.

In addition to blockades, the DJ20 organizers encouraged protestors to set up donations tables for the homeless at strategic locations in order to help block the traffic.

“So, we want to encourage you all to give to the poor and the homeless. Go right down to 2nd and D, help us to block the…vehicle traffic and the pedestrian traffic flowing in the inauguration. And set up tables, food, give out whatever right there, there 2nd and D a block from either direction and help to block traffic,” says Eric Sheptock, a DisruptJ20 Organizer.

On January 15, at a DJ20 Action Training Camp, the Smash Racism Co-Founder Mike Isaacson classified all Trump supporters as Nazis. When asked what to do when confronted with a Nazi that was loudly shouting their beliefs, he insisted that his volunteers punch them in the throat.

DisruptJ20 is a coalition of multiple leftist organizations including Industrial Workers of the World, the Metropolitan Anarchist Coordinating Council, Refuse Fascism, Smash Racism DC, and the D.C. Anti-Fascist Coalition.

At multiple meetings, organizers explicitly differentiated “permitted actions” and “arrestable actions.” Many volunteers and organizers expressed their willingness to be arrested; an implicit admission of criminal compliance.

Peaceful protest is protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution; coordinated blockades and shut downs of entire cities by violent means are not.

· James O’Keefe Offers $10,000 Award for Content Which Exposes Media Malfeasance
· Anonymous Source Within CNN Provided Audio to Project Veritas
· More Audio Yet to be Released in a WikiLeaks Style Dump
LISTEN TO FULL AUDIO HERE.

(Washington) – Project Veritas released 119 hours of raw audio in a WikiLeaks style dump, with over 100 more hours still yet to be released. The audio was secretly recorded in 2009 by an anonymous source inside CNN’s Atlanta headquarters who we are identifying as Miss X. The tapes contain soundbites from current and previous CNN employees Joe Sterling, Arthur Brice, and Nicky Robertson, as well as numerous others. Project Veritas is also offering a $10,000 award for content that exposes media malfeasance.

The tapes show CNN’s misrepresentation of polling data:

Miss X: “I read a CNN poll that was taken on June 26 and 28th, and I know that the hearing for the case, the fire fighters case was on the 29th, so the poll was done right before it, and those are still the poll results we’re reporting, so I asked someone in DC who does the poll results about why we hadn’t updated it, and said there were a few newer polls from last week and the week before and there’s CBS news polls and a Rasmussen poll, and he said we don’t use Rasmussen, and I said does CNN plan to do another poll if we’re only using that. He said we’re not going to be doing another poll, those are the results we’ll be using. So I don’t see how that’s reporting all sides because that poll said hold for release until Friday the 10th.”

Arthur Brice: “Who did you talk with?”

Miss X: “Paul [CNN’s Deputy Political Director Paul Steinhauser].”

Arthur Brice: “Yeah, he’s your director. Yeah, he’s pretty high up in the food chain. I agree. I think it’s dishonest to use outdated information if new information shows something that is in variance with what you’re reporting. It’s just, it’s dishonest.”

The same apathy towards reporting accurate poll numbers was seen in the way CNN released inaccurate poll numbers about Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor.

Miss X: “This wasn’t released until two weeks after. So can we say a newly released poll?”

Joe Sterling: “No, you can’t say that. You can’t say that at all. This isn’t a newly released.”

Miss X: “But it says newly released on Friday.”

Joe Sterling: “I know, how did we write about this? Did we write a wire about this?

“I don’t think we stand to change how people think of her [Sotomayor]. Geez, I mean if someone picked this up it’s not going to change—it’s not going to change anybody’s opinion.”

Richard Griffiths, who is now CNN’s Vice President and Senior Editorial Director, was caught explaining that the role of a journalist is to “aid the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.”

“If we are journalists, what is our role as a journalist? What is the fundamental role as a journalist, for us to do?

“Tell a story. Tell what’s going on. There’s a secondary corollary to that, right? Aid the afflicted and afflict the comfortable. To a degree, right? Is that not part of the traditional role of a journalist. It’s actually one of the things I can be most proud of as a journalist. You know we try to show the ugly side of humanity so we can do something about it. It’s hard, very hard.”

In the secretly recorded tapes, CNN’s liberal, anti-Republican, and anti-Fox News bias is clear.

“Fox News, I think Fox News is unbearable. It’s horrible,” said Nicky Robertson, who was at that time the CNN Assignment Desk Editor.

Joe Sterling, who was then the News desk editor for CNN’s online venue ‘The Wire’ was also recorded speaking profound liberal bias.

“That issue, climate change, I mean science is pretty much on board and there are a few dissenters.  There’s no debate.  It’s like you know, born-agains saying there’s a debate over, you know creationism, and all that stuff.  There is no debate.”

“Project Veritas is determined to expose malfeasance, corruption and wrongdoing,” said Project Veritas founder and president James O’Keefe. “We want to become a destination where citizen journalists can come forward, work with us and make a real impact. That’s why today, we’re announcing a $10,000 award for anyone that comes forward with legally obtained materials exposing media malfeasance.  If you have hidden audio recordings, video tapes or documents inside of a news room or media institution–and the material is good enough–I will pay you $10,000.”

Project Veritas Searches for Teacher Alleged to Have Sexually Assaulted Students–May Still Be at Large

  • Mitchell Rubinstein, Attorney for United Teachers Defended a Teacher Alleged to Have Forced Students at Knife-Point for Oral Sex
  • Lawyer Admits Teacher Cheats Lie Detector He actually admitted to me that he did it [sexually assaulted minors].
  • The Teacher “Mike” Was Convinced to Resign, and Was Never Convicted, Rubinstein Says
  • This Is a Continuation of James O’Keefe’s Teachers Unions Investigation

(New York) – Project Veritas has released a video exposing attorney Mitchell Rubinstein from the New York State United Teachers describing a case in which a teacher was alleged to have forced students at knife-point to give him oral sex.

The 16-minute video shows Rubinstein describing on hidden-camera the case he defended twenty years ago to a Project Veritas journalist at a union holiday party in December, 2015.

A Junior High School teacher Rubinstein names “Mike,” was accused by several students to have forced a student at knife-point or gun-point to give him oral sex.

There was overwhelming evidence including the students knowing the name of his pet parrot, the layout of his home and having his cell phone number.

“Okay, Mike, how do the students know your parrot is Petey? Okay? And he says, oh, easy, you know, kids like pets. I used pets like as a you know, motivation in teaching and everything…

“…we go on and on, and then the students, they have your phone number, this is your cell number…So how do the students have your cell number? Oh, I know I shouldn’t give it to them, but you know, I help them after school with tutoring and stuff. So I give…so I give them my cell number.

“Okay, and then it gets…then one of the students describes his living room. He says like he has a dining room, you know, brown couch…and he has like a, you know, a picture of a ship on his wall, or you know, something. Okay, Mike, do you have a brown couch and do you have a picture of your ship on the wall? He says, yeah, I tell students I have this, and some of the students they drop stuff…they drop stuff off for me. Okay, and I’m, you know, this is pretty bad, you know.”

According to Rubinstein, the courts also subpoenaed Mike’s phone records and found several calls from his home to the victim’s girlfriend, proving that he was in the house.

Rubinstein claims that the teacher was able to cheat a lie detector test.

“I had the teacher take a lie detector test. Okay. He passed the lie detector test. That’s why I don’t believe in lie detector tests…but I was like, how do you pass a lie detector test? And he said, every time they asked me like did I force to have sex with a kid, it was…it wasn’t forceful, it was voluntary. So, he, in his mind, believed that it was okay, because it was…because it was voluntary, when it really wasn’t voluntary.”

Rubinstein even admits that this is an absolutely egregious act.

“And I go to him, dude, you know, you’re going to go to jail if this goes bad, because like forced sec with like a minor. This is like the worst…you know, as bad as it gets.”

“But you were defending the teacher?” a Project Veritas journalist asked. “I’m always defending the teacher,” Rubinstein replied.

A Project Veritas journalist asked Rubinstein if Mike still teaches:

“Oh my God. Does he still teach?”

“No, he resigned.”

“But if he wanted to he still could? He’s not registered as a sex offender?”

“No, cause he wasn’t convicted. He resigned.”

Project Veritas did immense research to try and find the identity of “Mike.” On top of the hundreds of man-hours of research, two private investigators were hired, but nothing was found. After these months of research, a different Project Veritas journalist set up a meeting with Rubinstein to get more information.

Rubinstein corroborated his original story by telling it again, further verifying the voracity of the details. He again refused to tell Mike’s last name, but admitted that he does in fact know the last name. He also told us that he saw Mike some years later, handing out flyers in New York City announcing he planned to run for city council.

Because Project Veritas hit a brick wall in identifying Mike, O’Keefe decided that this information was too dangerous to keep hidden any longer. “We hope that by releasing this video, people will come forward and help us find Mike,” O’Keefe stated.

Staff Organizer and Treasurer for United Educators of San Fransisco, Antonio Mankini, Told Teacher to Stay Quiet

Official: “Were there any witnesses? Just keep it that way. Seriously. If there weren’t any witnesses, it’s your word against the kid’s. Kids f*cking lie. Seriously.”

Describes When Teachers Have Hit Students in the Past: “A lot of kids don’t come forward with it”

This Is a Continuation of James O’Keefe’s Teachers Unions Investigation

(San Francisco) – Project Veritas has just released a new hidden-camera video revealing a teachers union official in California admitting that he hit a child before, and got away with it.

Antonio Mankini, the Staff Organizer and Treasurer of the United Educators of San Fransisco, was caught in an undercover video:

“I can see grabbing a kid, I can see throwing a kid up against a locker. Not that I’ve ever done that, okay once, maybe twice.

The video shows two encounters between Mankini and Project Veritas journalists. The first encounter was recorded in November of 2015 by a journalist posed as the friend of a distressed teacher who felt guilty because he had hit a student.

During the meeting, Mankini told the journalist that the teacher shouldn’t worry about getting caught because “there’s no evidence.”

Were there any witnesses? Just keep it that way. Seriously. If there weren’t any witnesses, it’s your word against the kid’s. Kids f*cking lie. Seriously.

“But if there were no witnesses, then you have that deniability and that’s something that could be used. No I didn’t do it. There’s no scars, marks, tattoos or bruises or anything. There’s no evidence.

Mankini further confirmed that other teachers have hit students before and didn’t face the proper repercussions:

“I mean, teachers have smacked kids before. And…sometimes they’re still working.

Several weeks later, Project Veritas decided to revisit Mankini for more information. A second journalist, posed as the teacher who hit a student.

When the undercover journalist began to express guilt for hitting the student, Mankini reeled him back.

PV: “Okay, but I think that I did cross the line probably. So maybe I should…”

Mankini: “It wasn’t a closed fist…you just kinda, kinda…[swats] dude you know.”

The undercover journalist then asked Mankini if the union has had experience with teachers hitting students, and what to expect.

I’ve seen it go away more than anything else. A lot of kids don’t come forward with it. It’s how they’re treated at home.”

Mankini then told the Project Veritas journalist that he knew the “right” way to hit a child:

  • “I spent 17 years working with law enforcement so I know ways to…It’s like I told them, I could hurt you and never leave a mark.
  • “Elbows are awesome weapons too. They are harder than a fist and yeah it’s intense stuff so…”
  • Finally, Mankini detailed his own experience with hitting a student:
  • “I clotheslined a kid in a class one time, you know and of course I was pretending, I was pointing at the kids and the kids saw the kid went down.
  • “I mean, he ran into my arm. He wasn’t supposed to be in my class and of course I caught him here and he went down backwards.
  • “And that one still bothered me. That one, yeah, because I crossed the line. I know, I mean, I made it look like an accident and all the witnesses would have said no he ran into my arm because he ran into me. I didn’t reach over to knock him down you know. He ran into me.”

This video is a continuation on a multiple-year-long investigation of various teachers unions across the country. See more here.

Democracy Partners Attacks Veritas, Launches $1 Million Federal Lawsuit

$
0
0

On June 1, 2017, Project Veritas was notified by Time Magazine reporter Phillip Elliot that Democracy Partners and Robert Creamer are planning to launch a one-million dollar federal lawsuit against Project Veritas. Over 2016, undercover Veritas operatives launched a full blown investigation into Democracy Partners and the political activities of Robert Creamer, the once former head of Democracy Partners. During the investigation, Veritas operatives uncovered an elaborate voter fraud plan and unethical suggestions and behavior on behalf of Robert Creamer and his associates, including Scott Foval, the former National Field Director for Americans United for Change (AUFC), all of which was traced back to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton campaign.

Consequently, Scott Foval was fired and Robert Creamer resigned from Democracy Partners.  The investigation, which was released in a four-part video series throughout the months of October and November, exposed political corruption within the Democratic Party and the Hillary Clinton campaign. The video investigation– which received media coverage from every single mainstream media outlet, trended on social media worldwide, and was a topic of debate during one of the Presidential debates between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton– had a monumental effect on the 2016 presidential election.

The lawsuit against Veritas is simply an intimidation tactic on behalf of the left to silence undercover journalism and ultimately the truth.

Project Veritas President James O’Keefe released a statement:

“Robert Creamer believes that by suing us, he can intimidate us. I will not be silenced – only over my dead body!

“We are on the right side of the law and will not stop exposing the truth. Right now, the Attorney General of Wisconsin is still investigating possible criminal charges against Scott Foval. This lawsuit further justifies the need to drain the swamp. Our army of guerrilla journalists, which grows daily, will continue to expose the malfeasance and corruption committed by these organizations.

“In fact, we will be deploying a new batch of freshly trained journalists next week to shine additional light on the cockroaches of the corrupt DC establishment.

“We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. We will find out who is funding this lawsuit. We will never stop exposing the truth. We will not back down.”

Veritas will defend undercover journalism and the rights of its journalists at any expense.

“Democracy Partners filed a frivolous lawsuit against Project Veritas today claiming that public exposure of Democracy Partners’ wrongdoings is illegal. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The First Amendment protects the rights of undercover journalists to expose exactly the sort of corruption captured in these videos. Veritas will assert its full First Amendment rights to defend itself in these proceedings,” said Project Veritas attorney Benjamin Barr.

It is a relief that Democracy Partners has shifted course from flaunting federal campaign finance law. It is unfortunate that, instead, they’re going to result to flaunting eavesdropping laws. Project Veritas appreciates the opportunity to once again discuss its exposure of the inner workings of Hillary Clinton’s dark money campaign, headed unsuccessfully by Bob Creamer.
