American Pravda: CNN Part 1, Russia narrative is all about “ratings”

CNN Producer: “Our ratings are incredible right now,” President Trump “good for business”

John Bonifield Says Russia Narrative “Mostly bullshit right now”

“Get back to Russia,” Says CEO Jeff Zucker

President Trump is Right About Witch Hunt, “No real proof”

Comes in Wake of CNN’s Russia-Gate Retraction & New Rules on Russia Coverage

(New York) Project Veritas has released a video of CNN Producer John Bonifield who was caught on hidden-camera admitting that there is no proof to CNN’s Russia narrative.

“I mean, it’s mostly bullshit right now,” Bonifield says. “Like, we don’t have any giant proof.”

He confirms that the driving factor at CNN is ratings:

“It’s a business, people are like the media has an ethical phssssss…All the nice cutesy little ethics that used to get talked about in journalism school you’re just like, that’s adorable. That’s adorable. This is a business.”

According to the CNN Producer, business is booming. “Trump is good for business right now,” he concluded.

Bonifield further goes on to explain that the instructions come straight from the top, citing the CEO, Jeff Zucker:

“Just to give you some context, President Trump pulled out of the climate accords and for a day and a half we covered the climate accords. And the CEO of CNN (Jeff Zucker) said in our internal meeting, he said good job everybody covering the climate accords, but we’re done with that, let’s get back to Russia.”

Bonifield also acknowledged: “I haven’t seen any good enough evidence to show that the President committed a crime.” He continues:

“I just feel like they don’t really have it but they want to keep digging. And so I think the President is probably right to say, like, look you are witch hunting me. You have no smoking gun, you have no real proof.”

“To report not on facts, but instead on narratives that yield high ratings, is exactly the definition of fake news,” said James O’Keefe. “We said we are going after the media, and there is a lot more to come.”

Van Jones: Russia is “Nothing burger”— American Pravda: CNN Part II

White House: Everyone Should Watch This Video

CNN Responds: Bonifield Just a “Health Producer”

(NEW YORK) — Project Veritas’ American Pravda: CNN continues today with a video of left-leaning political commentator Van Jones caught on camera plainly stating that “the Russia thing is just a big nothing burger.”

This follows the release of a video of CNN Producer John Bonifield, who was caught touting the Russia narrative as “bullsh*t.”

According to Brian Stelter on Twitter, CNN released a statement stating that Bonifield is just a “Health Producer” and “isn’t involved in Russia or Trump coverage.”

Paul Fahri of the Washington Post also weighed in on the Veritas video and Bonifield’s position at CNN:

“[I]t never mentions that Bonifield is a producer of health and medical stories, raising questions about how relevant his views are, and how informed he is, about CNN’s political coverage.”
Jones is one of CNN’s most prominent political commentators, and has appeared on CNN in the past attacking President Trump for his “Putin relationship.”

On December 18, 2016 Jones said: “Other Presidents tried to say nice things about the Russians — not in the face of an active attack on the country!”

“I mean, it’s mostly bullsh*t right now,” Bonifield says in the first video. “Like, we don’t have any giant proof.”

CNN’s Public Relations team eventually was forced by the overwhelming coverage of our video (with no help from them, of course) to give a statement:

“CNN stands by our medical producer John Bonifield. Diversity of personal opinion is what makes CNN strong, we welcome it and embrace it.”

CNN is receiving heavy criticism from the President of the United States, and the video was mentioned by the Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders:

“There is a video circulating now. Whether it is accurate or not, I don’t know, but I would encourage everybody in this room, and frankly, everybody across the country to take a look at it. I think if it is accurate, I think it’s a disgrace to all of media, to all of journalism — we’ve been going on this Russia-Trump hoax for the better part of a year now with no evidence of anything.”

“Last year, we had to circumvent the mainstream media,” said James O’Keefe. “At a Trump inaugural event, I put the mainstream media on notice. If you are in the media and are using deception or malfeasant tactics, you may want to sleep with one eye open.”

American Pravda Part III: CNN Selectively Edits,  Hates Trump and Thinks Voters Are Stupid

Project Veritas Accuses CNN’s New Day of Selective Editing

Voters are “Stupid as sh*t,” Says New Day Associate Producer

“On the inside, we all recognize he [Trump] is a clown,” and “f*cking crazy”

Associate Producer Says Kellyanne Conway “looks like she got hit with a shovel”

Jeff Zucker’s Leadership in Question?

(New York) Project Veritas’ newest video from the American Pravda: CNN series exposes Jimmy Carr, the Associate Producer for CNN’s New Day attacking President Donald Trump and admitting that CNN has a left-leaning bias.

When asked by an undercover journalist if CNN is impartial, Carr plainly responded, “In theory. ”

He then continued to talk about CNN’s views on President Trump:

“On the inside, we all recognize he is a clown that he is hilariously unqualified for this.  He’s really bad at this and that he does not have America’s best interests.  We recognize he’s just fucking crazy.”

He continues to attack Trump personally, instead of focusing on his policy:

“He’s not actually a Republican.  He just adopted that because that was the party he thought he could win in.  He doesn’t believe anything that these people believe.  The man is on his third wife.  I guaranteed you he’s paid for abortions.  He doesn’t give a shit about abortion.  He doesn’t care about gay marriage.”

He also attacked Kellyanne Conway, stating that she “looks like she got hit with a shovel.”

Carr echoed the sentiment of John Bonifield from the first American Pravda video–that the narrative comes from the top, and Russia is good for ratings:

“…it’s decisions made by people higher than me and if they go wow, your ratings are soaring right now. Keep up what you’re doing. Well, what we’re doing is Russia, ISIS, London terror, shooting in Chicago, that’s it.”

CNN released a statement in response to the fallout of Tuesday’s video, “Diversity of personal opinion is what makes CNN strong, we welcome it and embrace it.”

But according to Carr, the reality is that there is little diversity of opinion at CNN:

Carr: “We’re all on, 90% of us are on board with just the fact that he’s crazy.”

PV: “What do you mean 90% are on board what, the, with her?”

Carr: “Like, no I wouldn’t say with her but just acknowledge the fact that he’s batshit… my direct co-workers.”

Carr’s “direct co-workers,” are from the program New Day, hosted by Alisyn Camerota and Chris Cuomo, which hosted an eight-minute panel discussion featuring six Trump supporters.

Leaked audio from the segment–an hour and a half long–was provided to Project Veritas.

The audio proved that CNN had selectively edited the segment to make the Trump voters appear as conspiracy theorists.

In reality, the context of their arguments were omitted to feed CNN’s Anti-Trump narrative.

CNN Producer Doubles Down on “Stupid as Sh*t” Comments About Voters

Associate Producer for New Day Says “Shut up” to Anchor Chris Cuomo

Stands By His Comments, “I don’t think I’ve said anything wrong”

(New York) A follow-up to Project Veritas’ American Pravda: CNN video again exposes Jimmy Carr, the Associate Producer for CNN’s New Day saying he doesn’t think he “said anything wrong.”

Carr was recently featured in Project Veritas’ American Pravda: CNN video series, stating that CNN thinks Trump is “f*cking crazy,” that Kellyanne Conway looks like she was “hit with a shovel,” and that the American voters are ‘stupid as sh*t.”

After seeing the first and second Project Veritas video which exposed CNN employees admitting the Russia narrative was “bullsh*t” and a “nothing burger,” Carr says he “had a moment of panic.” He elaborates:

“[W]e’re all going holy sh*t, how is this guy so stupid, he’s talking to everyone and telling… Saying X, Y, Z about CNN. Then I went… Well, I talked to a couple of guys at a bar on Friday afternoon and I said things that we wouldn’t normally say…”

The Associate Producer then doubles down, stating he stands by his comments, which include offensive statements about President Trump, Kellyanne Conway, and the American voter:

I mean granted, anything I’ve said to you I would defend on the record. I don’t think I’ve said anything wrong.”

Carr, who works at CNN’s program New Day, expresses his dislike for the show’s anchor Chris Cuomo: “Just can’t stand that guy when he talks, we’re like shut up.”

James O’Keefe, Founder and CEO of Project Veritas, commented on the video:

“We believe Jimmy Carr, John Bonifield and Van Jones were just telling the truth about what is going on in CNN newsrooms across the country.  It is a toxic culture of Trump bashing, ratings grabbing and just plain lazy journalism.”

(NEW YORK) – Project Veritas has released a video of the New York Times video gatekeeper Nicholas Dudich, who was caught on hidden-camera boasting of his lack of journalistic ethics. Dudich, who serves as Audience Strategy Editor, displays a lack of integrity throughout the video, manages videos which go “on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram” for the Times.

While talking about being objective at the Times, Dudich replies candidly, “No I’m not, that’s why I’m here.

Dudich considers himself an important player at the New York Times, telling the Project Veritas Journalist “my voice is on… my imprint is on every video we do.”

Dudich goes on to explain what he might do to target President Trump:

“I’d target his businesses, his dumb fuck of a son, Donald Jr., and Eric…

“Target that. Get people to boycott going to his hotels. Boycott… So a lot of the Trump brands, if you can ruin the Trump brand and you put pressure on his business and you start investigating his business and you start shutting it down, or they’re hacking or other things. He cares about his business more than he cares about being President. He would resign. Or he’d lash out and do something incredibly illegal, which he would have to.”

When the undercover journalist asks Dudich if he could make sure that the anti-Trump stories make it to the front, he replied, “Oh, we always do.”

As stated in the NYT Ethical Handbook, the goal of the New York Times is to “cover the news as impartially as possible.” It continues in Section 62:

“Journalists have no place on the playing field of politics. Staff members are entitled to vote, but they must do nothing that might raise questions about their professional neutrality or that of The Times.”

Before working at the Times, Dudich worked on the political campaigns of both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

In 2016, he was recruited to work for the Clinton campaign:

“So I have that background, so when Clinton in 2016… they needed a volunteer strategist to do video… well, they needed someone to help them do video, and how to make it heartfelt, for Clinton.”

He even had to quit his job in journalism in order to work for the Clinton campaign: “I had to leave my job at Fusion ABC to then take a job at Upworthy where I wasn’t deemed a journalist anymore to be able to work for the Clinton campaign.”

Dudich explains how his activism motivated him to re-engage in the news business: “Like, after the Clinton campaign, I’m like, no I need to get back into news and keep doing shit because, like, this isn’t going to change.”

Nicholas Dudich also told the undercover journalist bizarre stories about his personal connection to the FBI and his previous excitement as part of Anti-Fa.

“Yeah, I used to be an Anti-Fa punk once upon a time.” he told the undercover journalist. “So, I had fun. They’d start s**t, I’m like, I get to hit you. I’m so excited.”

He also claims that James Comey, former Director of the FBI, asked him to join Anti-Fa: “I joined that stuff for them [the FBI]. I was an asset… So it was intelligence gathering, seeing if they were [sic], what their agenda was, whether they’re a threat or not.”

“How’d you meet Comey?” asked the Project Veritas journalist. “He’s my godfather,” Dudich explained. “My dad and mom knew him and his wife for a really long time.”

“Well the Comey hearing, I should have recused myself, but I’m not ever telling anybody there [at the Times] that I have a tie with that or else I don’t know if they can keep me on.”

According to the NYT Ethical Handbook, Section 107:

“Staff members may not write about people to whom they are related by blood or marriage or with whom they have close personal relationships, or edit material about such people or make news judgements about them.”

His father claims that the family does not know Comey. “Yeah, he’s embellishing. I don’t know why he would say that… Yeah, I don’t know why… he’s not James Comey’s godson. I don’t even know James Comey.”

When told that his father said he doesn’t know Comey, Dudich changes his story:

Dudich: “He’s not my Godfather.”

Undercover Journalist: “Then why did you say that?”

Dudich: “Eh, I don’t know… It’s a good story.”

“The fact remains that Nick Dudich lies and he’s a gatekeeper at the New York Times.” says Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, “And that fact should be worrisome to the bosses at the paper of record. Who else are they letting spread misinformation in their name?

This is a continuation of Project Veritas’s American Pravda series, which began with a three-part expose on CNN in June.

American Pravda, NYT Part II: Exploiting Social Media and Manipulating the News

Nick Dudich, Audience Strategy Editor for NYT Video, Admits to Manipulating Social Media to Make Editorial Decisions

Uses his Power as a Gatekeeper to Influence the News, “I can choose what goes out and what doesn’t go out.”

Dudich Uses his Editorial Power to Protect his Friends in Silicon Valley

Dudich Doesn’t Tell NYT About his Connections to Impress his Coworkers, “they don’t know it’s just because my friends curate the front page.”

Earnest Pettie of YouTube Helps Make Dudich’s Videos Trend, “algorithms do control everything but sometimes you need humans to provide a check.”

Pettie Describes how YouTube can Push “Legitimate News” to the Top

Contradicts YouTube’s Mission Statement, “people – not gatekeepers – decide what’s popular.”

Continuation of American Pravda New York Times Series

(NEW YORK) – Project Veritas has released its second New York Times video, again featuring Audience Strategy Editor Nicholas Dudich. This time, the video gatekeeper describes how he can influence the news by manipulating social media and employing the help of his friends in Silicon Valley.

“As an editor, I’m a gatekeeper so I can choose what goes out and what doesn’t go out. And let’s say we wrote something about Facebook negatively… We actually just did a video about Facebook negatively, and I chose to put it in a spot that I knew wouldn’t do well.”

Dudich admits he has friends in Silicon Valley who help his videos trend. He buried the Facebook story because of his personal biases, and to protect his friends in Silicon Valley, which is in conflict with the New York Times mission.

When asked if it’s good for business to have Silicon Valley connections, Dudich replied, “Yeah. Very good. Very, very good.”

Dudich goes on to explain why he doesn’t want anyone at The Times to know about his connections:

“Let’s say something ends up on the YouTube front page, New York Times freaks out about it, but they don’t know it’s just because my friends curate the front page. So, it’s like, a little bit of mystery you need in any type of job to make it look like what you do is harder than what it is.”

Earnest Pettie, the Brand and Diversity Curation Lead at YouTube – also Dudich’s friend and former coworker at Fusion ABC – helps push Dudich’s videos to the top.

In a meeting with Pettie, he describes Dudich as “one of the people I think who has more knowledge about YouTube as a platform than probably anyone else that I know.”

Pettie also goes on to explain how a relationship with YouTube benefits the New York Times:

“There are things that exist in the product that, like, are definitely optimized for news.

“Now, like last night if you searched for Hugh Hefner, there’s the search results but then there’s also… A carousel comes up with a page that’s just news videos.

“There’s this need, people are searching for a topic that is, that our systems know is a ‘newsy’ topic, so let’s give them videos that we know to be newsy because we know we have these news partnerships.”

When asked about using algorithms to hide content, Pettie explained how YouTube is able to push what he calls “legitimate news” to the top:

“Realistically, that’s what the… that’s what the news carousel kind of does. So like, it’s above the search results so, at the very least, we can say this shelf of videos from news partners is legitimate news because we know that these are legitimate news organizations. And if at that point, somebody decides they’re going to scroll past that and go find Alex Jones, well, they were looking for him to begin with anyway.”

“Which organizations have YouTube bestowed with the title of ‘legitimate?'” asked James O’Keefe of Project Veritas. “If YouTube is going to get in the news business, they’re going to have to answer for the sins of their news partners.”

This video comes in the heels of American Pravda NYT Part I, which caused a media uproar against The Times, and forced a response from some of their highest-level staffers:

“Based on what we’ve seen in the Project Veritas video, it appears that a recent hire in a junior position violated our ethical standards and misrepresented his role. In his role at The Times, he was responsible for posting already published video on other platforms and was never involved in the creation or editing of Times videos. We are reviewing the situation now.”

James O’Keefe released a statement regarding The Times’ response, saying “We are pleased the New York Times is taking our investigation seriously. We look forward to the public release of their internal review.”

American Pravda NYT Part III: Senior Editor Reveals Biased Political Agenda at The Times

New York Times Senior Home Page Editor, Des Shoe, Admits Company Culture of Blatant Bias at NYT is “widely understood to be liberal-leaning…”

NYT Journalists: “if we write about him [Trump], and how insanely crazy he is…maybe people will read it and be like…we shouldn’t vote for him.”

Calls Trump an “oblivious idiot” and Pence “f***ing horrible” Because of Religious Views

Admits New York Times Report on “what the readers want”

“They call it the Trump bump” Says Shoe, Regarding the Influx of Subscribers Since Trump’s Presidency Began

Des Shoe: “The main objective is to grab subscribers. You do that any way that you can.”

(NEW YORK) – Project Veritas has released a video of the New York Times Homepage Editor Des Shoe, who was caught on hidden-camera admitting that the Times has a liberal bias and attacking President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. This is part three of their American Pravda NYT investigation.

When confronted with the notion that during the election, The Times‘ front page, for which she is responsible, was completely focused around Trump. She tells the undercover journalist that NYT reporters tried to influence the election with their reporting:

“I think one of the things that maybe journalists were thinking about is like…Oh, if we write about him, about how insanely crazy he is and how ludicrous his policies are, then maybe people will read it and be like, oh wow, we shouldn’t vote for him.”

She admits that the New York Times has a clearly defined liberal-leaning bias: “The New York Times is not…I mean, it’s widely understood to be liberal-leaning. But, American newspapers are not supposed to claim a bias, they’re supposed to be objective.”

“So the…ahh, but the New York Times is not left?” the Project Veritas journalist asked. Shoe clarified, “I’m not saying that they’re not. I’m saying it’s widely, widely understood to be left-leaning.”

She also tells the undercover journalist that reporting objectively is simply too difficult for the Times: “Our main stories are supposed to be objective. It’s very difficult in this day and age to do that.”

Shoe blames the business model for the New York Times‘ lack of fact-based reporting:

“This is what I was trying to say is like the last couple years it’s changed for the bad…

“I think the business model itself is just… there’s so much panic about what to do that, you know, what else is a company supposed to do?

“That’s the conundrum…is that a business model, in this time is built on what the readers want.”

The New York Times senior homepage editor goes on to explain the positive effect of Trump’s victory: “Since the election, like you know…Speaking on, you know, for The New York Times, our subscriptions have sky-rocketed since…I mean, they call it the Trump bump.”

This sentiment was echoed by Nick Dudich, who was featured in American Pravda Part 1 and Part 2. He explains, “I mean honestly, Trump has driven us more business than anybody else. Anytime he says failing, we add a boost of subscribers.”

The New York Times responded to Part I in a statement, calling Dudich “a recent hire in a junior position.” Later, Executive Editor of the NYT Dean Baquet described Dudich as “a kid…who just started his career in journalism.” The same cannot be said for Ms. Shoe, a senior-level employee who has been with The Timessince January of 2009.

Des Shoe claims that the New York Times has to chase clicks in the current media environment, “The Washington Post, people who have paywalls up…The main objective is to grab subscribers. You do that any way that you can.”

When told the New York Times seems more like a ‘click-paper’, Shoe replies:

“I mean, you’re not wrong. Like, I would love to be able to speak my mind completely about…If I ever leave the Times I’ll go back to you guys and tell you exactly what I think. But, I mean, there’s stuff like…And this is what I was trying to say is like the last couple years it’s changed for the bad.”

Shoe finally goes on to explain her personal biases against President Trump, “I feel like Trump is…is just a…is sort of an idiot in a lot of ways. Just an oblivious idiot.”

She also attacks Vice President Mike Pence, implying that his religious beliefs make him unfit to lead:

“If you impeach him, then Pence becomes President, Mike Pence, who’s f***ing horrible…I think maybe, possibly worse than Trump.

“He’s extremely, extremely religious. He [Pence] at one point backed a bill that hinted at conversion therapy for gay people…Which is like electrocution, stuff like that.”

“Corruption is inescapable within the mainstream media machine. From the Times editors that dictate the paper’s coverage to the journalists that try to sway the public with their reporting,” says Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. “In American Pravda, truth takes a back seat to money, and objectivity takes a back seat to politics.”

American Pravda, NYT Part IV: New York Times Company Culture Revealed: “Everyone hates Trump”

0

IT Consultant for The New York Times, Todd Gordon, Admits Company Culture of Anti-Trump Bias, “They’re like, f**k Trump, f**k Trump…Yeah, they all hate him”

Todd Gordon is an In-Office IT Consultant Who Has Been With The New York Times For 20 Years

They unfairly, yes. I agree 100 percent. They unfairly report on him [Trump]”

Says Not Even One Person Likes Trump, “Not one. Everyone hates him. They hate him like the plague”

“One guy I know, he quit his job, moved to Canada”

(New York) An undercover video has just been released by Project Veritas of an IT Consultant for The New York Times, Todd Gordon, who was exposed in an undercover video confessing that The Times’ anti-Trump bias is a company culture.

This is part four of their American Pravda NYT investigation.

Gordon, who has worked for The New York Times for twenty years, explains that the anti-Trump sentiment is a cultural belief shared by all employees:

PV Journalist: “Have you ever had anybody in New York Times’ office come up to you and say, I actually enjoy Trump?”

Todd Gordon: “No, no, no.”

PV Journalist: “Really?”

Todd Gordon: “Not one person.”

PV Journalist: “Not one person?”

Todd Gordon: “Not one, not one. Everyone hates him. They hate him like the plague dude.”

Gordon says that without a voice of dissent, it is impossible for The Times to be impartial towards Trump, “They unfairly, yes. I agree 100 percent. They unfairly report on him.” He continues:

PV Journalist: “How can they report…”

Todd Gordon: “They can’t.”

PV Journalist: “Without being biased, right?”

Todd Gordon: “You’re right, 100%. 100%.”

He continues to explain how the lack of sourcing for the Russia story affects their coverage.

Todd Gordon: “Right, it’s all been here-say. Maybe he did this, maybe he did that. You’re right, 100%. They haven’t been able to prove it.”

PV Journalist: “But 100%, that’s how I feel like Times…”

Todd Gordon: “You’re right.”

PV Journalist: “…has covered this, right?”

Todd Gordon: “Yeah, 100% you’re right. It’s all heresay.”

PV Journalist: “You’re in the office all the time, so you get to see it firsthand.”

Todd Gordon: “Yeah, heresay, it’s all heresay. And they’re like grab that heresay and let’s put it out there.”

The hatred for Trump is so visceral at The Times, there is no way that it wouldn’t spill in to their news coverage.

Todd Gordon: “I’m like, beautiful day, today. And they’re like, as good as it could be, fuck Trump. Everywhere I go, everywhere I go they’re like as good as it could be, but we’re fucked.”

“Stay tuned, because our American Pravda investigation is far from finished. The New York Times isn’t the only vaunted media institution that came under our investigative magnifying glass,” says Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. “In fact, we have people all throughout the country inside many different media establishments, and we’re going to expose them. One by one, brick by brick, employee by employee.”

Mr. O’Keefe is the founder and President of Project Veritas, a non-profit organizations dedicated to exposing corruption and fraud in both public and private institutions. His approach to investigative journalism has been both praised and criticized, and Project Veritas stories have led directly to federal and state investigations, congressional inquiries, and resignations and firings.

In American Pravda, the reader is invited to go undercover with the intrepid journalists of Project Veritas as they infiltrate political campaigns, unmask dishonest officials and expose voter fraud. A rollicking adventure story on one level, the book also serves as a treatise on modern media, arguing that establishment journalists have a vested interest in keeping the powerful comfortable and the people misinformed. It not only contests the false narratives surrounding O’Keefe’s activities frequently put forth by corporate media, it documents the consequences of telling the truth in a world where media elites control the national narrative.

O’Keefe said, “The difference between the Soviet Pravda and the American Pravda is that the Russian people participated in the lie, that is to say- they knew they were being lied to. This book explains my fight to get the American people to see the world for what it actually is, as opposed to what the mainstream media would have them believe.”

BREAKING: Undercover Video Exposes Washington Post’s Hidden Agenda

Joey Marburger, Director of Product for Washington Post: “If Trump just disappeared tomorrow, our traffic would drop by thirty percent.”
Dan Lamothe, a National Security Writer for WaPo: “Woah, I work for that place?” in Reference to Biased Editorial Section
Instead of Real News, “You’re spending a ton of time on this thing that’s sensational”
WaPo Reporter Attacks New York Times and CNN for Biased Coverage
“Some of the New York Times reporters are way over the top. CNN is always over the top,” Lamothe Comments
Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, Owner of Washington Post, has Directly Influenced the Post’s Vision
Continuation of American Pravda Series Which Began With CNN

(New York) In newly released undercover video, Washington Post National Security Correspondent Dan Lamothe and Director of Product Joey Marburger speak to the paper’s hidden agenda. Evidently, covering Trump the way they do is good business, even though it’s fake news.

Marburger admits that Trump coverage is important to their success, even if the coverage isn’t always faithful: “It’s hard to get away from him [Trump], and people find it draining, but we think about that. If Trump just disappeared tomorrow, our traffic would drop by thirty percent. So we think about that.”

Dan Lamothe, National Security Reporter corroborates Marburger’s tone, stating “Woah, I work for that place?” referencing the excessive bias from the Editorial section. He continued:

“They definitely don’t like Trump. I mean here’s the thing though. There’s the news side that’s just trying to critically call bullshit when there’s bullshit, but also give him credit where there’s credit, you know? When something is good, and he’s doing more things bad, but he’s doing some of the things good.”

Lamothe admitted that The Post receives a lot of criticism for their Trump coverage:

“Yeah, that would be a criticism. You’re spending a ton of time on this thing that’s sensational, versus… Some sort of policy thing that would affect everybody.”

He also attacked CNN and The New York Times for their biased coverage of Trump, calling them worse than The Washington Post:

“Some of the New York Times reporters are way over the top. CNN is always over the top. Wall Street Journal is very conservative, all that stuff. Some of it’s just like the, who’s in charge of your newspaper.”

Marburger confirms that Amazon’s Jeff Bezos who owns The Washington Post has influenced the Washington Post’s vision. Bezos is even credited with creating the Washington Post’s new motto “Democracy Dies in Darkness.”

“The Washington Post came to our headquarters this to try to turn the tables on us, to kind of do what we do, said Project Veritas President James O’Keefe. “The difference is the major media has more of a problem with exposing the corruption than they do with the corruption itself. See, Washington Post, Democracy does die in darkness. But it also dies in silence too. Stay tuned because there are more videos to come.”

American Pravda, WaPo: National Security Reporter Says Russia Story is “f*cking crap shoot…” and “Maybe it doesn’t exist, we haven’t found it yet.”

Director of Newsroom Operations Melissa McCullough Expresses Personal Biases
James O’Keefe: “The media wants me to kneel down and apologize. I will not.”
Continuation of American Pravda Series Which Began With CNN

(New York) In this all new Project Veritas video, two Washington Post employees are caught on hidden camera expressing their biases and acknowledging that the Trump-Russia collusion narrative has no foundation.

The Washington Post’s National Security Reporter Adam Entous says that the Trump-Russia story doesn’t hold much weight:

“But we really haven’t addressed… Our reporting has not taken us to a place where I would be able to say with any confidence that the result of it is going to be the president being guilty of being in cahoots with the Russians. There’s no evidence of that that I’ve seen so far.

“We’ve seen a lot of flirtation, if you will, between them but nothing that, in my opinion, would rank as actual collusion. Now that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist, it just means we haven’t found it yet. Or maybe it doesn’t exist.”

Entous, who says he does “most of this reporting” on Russian collusion continues to describe the investigation as a “f*cking crap shoot.”

Melissa McCullough, the Director of Newsroom Operations, expresses her bias against Trump, admitting “let’s just hope he doesn’t get re-elected in another three years.” She soon realized her mistake, saying “I shouldn’t be saying these things because we don’t… We’re not supposed to really talk about that kind of stuff.”

“The mainstream media want to destroy Project Veritas. Why? Because we hold them accountable. They see us as their enemy. Those who dwell within the media complex cannot abide us. It is not just their jobs they are worried about. It is their power,” says founder of Project Veritas James O’Keefe.

“Project Veritas has a stone lodged between Goliath’s eyes. The media wants me to kneel down and apologize. I will not. We will keep pushing, we will keep fighting, we will expose the truth because there’s no one else doing it. They’re out for blood, but we will not surrender.”

First Amendment Prevails for Project Veritas in AFT Michigan Dispute

On December 27, 2017, US District Judge Linda V. Parker of the Eastern District of Michigan Southern Division ordered to deny AFT Michigan’s motion for preliminary injunction and vacated the prior Temporary Restraining Order against Project Veritas.

Judge Parker stated that her decision was based on a potential breach of First Amendment rights. Project Veritas’ Attorney Paul Mersino first shared the Judge’s Opinion:

“Therefore, in light of the potential First Amendment issues, a preliminary injunction most certainly will infringe upon Defendants’ First Amendment right.”

First Amendment attorney for Project Veritas Ben Barr also commented on the document:

“The First Amendment was designed to protect the very sort of work that Project Veritas does on a daily basis. Today’s win confirms that federal courts still take this guarantee seriously. We look forward to continued victories in courts nationwide as we demonstrate that exposing fraud, corruption, and abuse is at the core of our national commitment to free speech.”

“The Michigan AFT made a baseless attempt to bar our constitutional rights and silence our message, but the First Amendment prevailed,” said Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. “To anyone who thinks they can make frivolous claims against us, know this – we will fight tooth and nail, and we will win.”

UNDERCOVER VIDEO: Sr Network Security Engineer Reveals Twitter Ready to Give Trump’s Private DMs to DOJ

Undercover Video of Twitter Engineer Clay Haynes Saying “We’re more than happy to help the DOJ with their little investigation”
Content Disclosed to DOJ Includes: “Even the ones he’s deleted, any direct messages”
Engineer is Self-Proclaimed “Bleeding-Heart Liberal” Stating “It comes with the territory [at Twitter]”
Goes on to Explain Additional “Big Brotherish” Practices at Twitter

(San Francisco) A Project Veritas undercover investigation has revealed a senior network security engineer at Twitter stating that his company is “more than happy” to turn over the private communications and deleted tweets of President Donald Trump to the Department of Justice. If true, it is yet unknown whether Twitter is voluntarily disclosing this sensitive information or acting under a court order. Twitter is currently in the midst of defending itself from left-leaning criticism that President Trump hasn’t been removed from the enormous media platform for violations of Twitter’s Terms of Service.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Clay Haynes has been employed by Twitter since September 2016. On January 3, 2018, he met with a Project Veritas undercover journalist (UCJ) at Stookeys Club Moderne in San Francisco. Using a hidden video camera, the Veritas UCJ captures Haynes stating that “we’re more than happy to help the DOJ with their little investigation” of President Trump.

When prompted by the UCJ, Mr. Haynes provides additional details, “Basically, giving them every single tweet that he’s posted. Even the ones he’s deleted, any direct messages, any mentions…”

“…he’s dangerous, I don’t like him and he’s a terrible human being and I want to get rid of him,” the self-described bleeding-heart liberal Haynes says in the video about President Trump. “In fact, we had internal reviews about that…”

On January 7, 2018, James O’Keefe himself went undercover with Haynes at Morton’s Steakhouse in San Francisco to confirm if Twitter was working with the Department of Justice to hand over Trump’s tweets and DMs. When pressed about looking at Donald Trump’s messages, Haynes explained “We have a subpoena process for that very reason.” The conversation continued:

James O’Keefe: “Are you working with DOJ currently on that?”

Clay Haynes: “I can’t comment, even if I knew, I wouldn’t comment.”

“The fact is, even if Haynes was just speculating about helping Justice, his admission shows a clear and dangerous political bias at the highest levels of Twitter,” says Project Veritas founder and President James O’Keefe in the video.

“The question is: by Twitter giving private information about the President to the Justice Department, are they breaking the law, betraying a trust, following an official request or satisfying a political agenda by leading a crusade against the President.”

Describing himself as the bouncer of the network, Mr. Haynes also details the level of information Twitter retains in its databases about their hundreds of millions of users.

The Project Veritas Twitter investigation is the fourth installment of its American Pravda series. In Part I, Veritas disclosed that CNN’s Russia coverage is driven by ratings and a political agenda, but in reality, using the words of CNN Political Commentator Van Jones, is just a “nothing burger.” Part II disclosed a political bias at The New York Times which forced executive responses and an immediate change of their social media policy.  Part III exposed political bias at The Washington Post and brought to light that the far-reaching narratives of the paper’s editorial board are not rooted in the factual findings of their subject-matter expert reporters. Project Veritas will be releasing additional Twitter-related videos over the next several days.

Mr. O’Keefe has just completed a book about this series entitled “AMERICAN PRAVDA: My fight for Truth in the Era of Fake News.” The book will be released by St. Martin’s Press on January 16, 2018.

Update: At 2:42, we mistakenly stated that the meeting occurred on January 3, 2017. The meeting actually occurred on January 3, 2018.

When asked if banning process was an unwritten rule, Norai adds “Very. A lot of unwritten rules… It was never written it was more said”
Olinda Hassan, Policy Manager for Twitter Trust and Safety explains, “we’re trying to ‘down rank’… shitty people to not show up,” “we’re working [that] on right now”
“Shadow banning” to be used to stealthily target political views- former Twitter engineer says, “that’s a thing”
Censorship of certain political viewpoints to be automated via “machine learning” according to Twitter software engineer
Parnay Singh, Twitter Direct Messaging Engineer, on machine learning algorithms, “you have like five thousand keywords to describe a redneck…” “the majority of it are for Republicans”

(San Francisco) In the latest undercover Project Veritas video investigation, current and former Twitter employees are on camera explaining steps the social media giant is taking to censor political content that they don’t like.

This video release follows the first undercover Twitter exposé Project Veritas released on January 10th which showed Twitter Senior Network Security Engineer Clay Haynes saying that Twitter is “more than happy to help the Department of Justice with their little [President Donald Trump] investigation.” Twitter responded to the video with a statement shortly after that release, stating “the individual depicted in this video was speaking in a personal capacity and does not represent of speak for Twitter.” The video released by Project Veritas today features eight employees, and a Project Veritas spokesman said there are more videos featuring additional employees coming.

On January 3rd 2018 at a San Francisco restaurant, Abhinov Vadrevu, a former Twitter Software Engineer explains a strategy, called “shadow banning,” that to his knowledge, Twitter has employed:

“One strategy is to shadow ban so you have ultimate control. The idea of a shadow ban is that you ban someone but they don’t know they’ve been banned, because they keep posting and no one sees their content. So they just think that no one is engaging with their content, when in reality, no one is seeing it.”

Twitter is in the process of automating censorship and banning, says Twitter Software Engineer Steven Pierre on December 8th of 2017:

“Every single conversation is going to be rated by a machine and the machine is going to say whether or not it’s a positive thing or a negative thing. And whether it’s positive or negative doesn’t (inaudible), it’s more like if somebody’s being aggressive or not. Right? Somebody’s just cursing at somebody, whatever, whatever. They may have point, but it will just vanish… It’s not going to ban the mindset, it’s going to ban, like, a way of talking.”

Olinda Hassan, a Policy Manager for Twitter’s Trust and Safety team explains on December 15th, 2017 at a Twitter holiday party that the development of a system of “down ranking” “shitty people” is in the works:

“Yeah. That’s something we’re working on. It’s something we’re working on. We’re trying to get the shitty people to not show up. It’s a product thing we’re working on right now.”

Former Twitter Engineer Conrado Miranda confirms on December 1st, 2017 that tools are already in place to censor pro-Trump or conservative content on the platform. When asked whether or not these capabilities exist, Miranda says, “that’s a thing.”

In a conversation with former Twitter Content Review Agent Mo Norai on May 16th, 2017, we learned that in the past Twitter would manually ban or censor Pro-Trump or conservative content. When asked about the process of banning accounts, Norai said, “On stuff like that it was more discretion on your view point, I guess how you felt about a particular matter…”

When asked to clarify if that process was automated Norai confirmed that it was not:

“Yeah, if they said this is: ‘Pro-Trump’ I don’t want it because it offends me, this, that. And I say I banned this whole thing, and it goes over here and they are like, ‘Oh you know what? I don’t like it too. You know what? Mo’s right, let’s go, let’s carry on, what’s next?'”

Norai also revealed that more left-leaning content would go through their selection process with less political scrutiny, “It would come through checked and then I would be like ‘Oh you know what? This is okay. Let it go.’”

Norai explains that this selection process wasn’t exactly Twitter policy, but rather they were following unwritten rules from the top:

“A lot of unwritten rules, and being that we’re in San Francisco, we’re in California, very liberal, a very blue state. You had to be… I mean as a company you can’t really say it because it would make you look bad, but behind closed doors are lots of rules.”

“There was, I would say… Twitter was probably about 90% Anti-Trump, maybe 99% Anti-Trump.”

At a San Francisco bar on January 5th, Pranay Singh details how the shadow-banning algorithms targeting right-leaning are engineered:

“Yeah you look for Trump, or America, and you have like five thousand keywords to describe a redneck. Then you look and parse all the messages, all the pictures, and then you look for stuff that matches that stuff.”

When asked if the majority of the algorithms are targeted against conservative or liberal users of Twitter, Singh said, “I would say majority of it are for Republicans.”

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe believes the power over speech Silicon Valley tech giants has is unprecedented and dangerous:

“What kind of world do we live in where computer engineers are the gatekeepers of the ‘way people talk?’ This investigation brings forth information of profound public importance that educates people about how free they really are to express their views online.”

Project Veritas plans to release more undercover video from within Twitter in the coming days.

Mr. O’Keefe has just completed a book about this series entitled “AMERICAN PRAVDA: My fight for Truth in the Era of Fake News.” The book will be released by St. Martin’s Press on January 16, 2018.

HIDDEN CAMERA: HUNDREDS of Twitter Employees Paid to View “Everything You Post Online” Including Private “Sex Messages”

Clay Haynes: “There’s teams dedicated to it… at least, three or four hundred people… they’re paid to look at d*ck pics.”

“You leak way more information than you think… Like, if you go to Twitter for the first time, we have information about you.”
How Would You Protect People If This Power Fell Into the Wrong Hands? “You don’t,” Says Former Twitter Engineer Conrado Miranda, “There is no way.”
Continuation of Project Veritas’ American Pravda Series

(San Francisco) Project Veritas has released undercover footage of Twitter Engineers and employees admitting that Twitter employees view all of your private messages on their servers and analyze it to create a “virtual profile” of you which they sell to advertisers.

The footage features four current Twitter software engineers–Conrado Miranda, Clay Haynes, Pranay Singh, and Mihai Alexandru Florea.

Haynes, who was featured in part one of the Twitter exposé, admitted in a January 6, 2018 meeting that Twitter has hired hundreds employees with the express purpose of looking at these “d*ck pics,” stating:

“There’s teams dedicated to it. I mean, we’re talking, we’re talking three or four… at least, three or four hundred people… Yes, they’re paid to look at d*ck pics.”

Haynes continues to elaborate that even he himself has seen these “d*ck pics”

“I’ve seen way more penises than I’ve ever wanted to see in my life.”

“That’s, yeah… You know, actually… This sounds horrible, but I’m actually glad and fortunate it’s just dicks, it’s just blow job pictures, it’s just that type of stuff.”

Pranay Singh, a Direct Messaging Engineer for Twitter corroborated Haynes claims in a meeting with a Project Veritas journalist on January 5, 2018:

“Everything you send is stored on my server… So all your sex messages and you, like, d*ck pics are on my server now…”

“All your illegitimate wives and, like, all the girls you’ve been f*cking around with, they’re are on my server now… I’m going to send it to your wife, she’s going use it in your divorce.”

“So, what happens is like, you like, write something or post pictures on line, they never go away… Because even after you send them, people are like analyzing them, to see what you are interested in, to see what you are talking about. And they sell that data.”

According to Twitter software expert Mihai Florea, “To actually charge the advertisers the money we have to prove it was you, and that’s why using email address, or like a cookie or something that can track you.” Florea continues, saying, “You’re paying for the right to use our website with your data basically.”

Unlike the tech companies, we aren't owned by billionaires.
Unlike the mainstream media, we don't have major Wall Street advertisers.

Even those without Twitter accounts have their data stored in their databases, according to Conrado Miranda: “You leak way more information than you think. Like, we have information from people–Like, if you go to Twitter for the first time, we have information about you.”

When asked how to protect people if that power fell into the wrong hands, Miranda responded “You don’t… There is no way.”

Clay Haynes also expressed his discomfort for Twitter’s policy in a December 29, 2017 meeting:

“It is a creepy Big Brother. It’s like a level… I don’t want to say it freaks me out, but it disturbs me.”

When Haynes was asked if this type of private information could leak from Twitter, he had this to say:

“Oh yeah, and it’s a genie out of the bottle kind of thing after that point. You know? Sure, I can fire them. Heck, I could probably even sue them, in some cases. But, the genie’s already out of the bottle. Like, how do actually recoup costs… you can’t calculate the cost or the damage of that.”

“Twitter is aggressively harvesting your personal information and tracking your every movement, selling your virtual dossier to the highest bidder ” says Project Veritas Founder James O’Keefe. “Even more alarming is that these Twitter employees don’t seem to think that they are the ‘biggest brother’ out there… We have more to come – stay tuned.”

(New York) Mr. O’Keefe has just completed a book titled AMERICAN PRAVDA: My fight for Truth in the Era of Fake News. The book is now available for sale at local bookstores, Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, and other book sellers.

In American Pravda, the reader is invited to go undercover with the intrepid journalists of Project Veritas as they infiltrate political campaigns, unmask dishonest officials and expose voter fraud. The book also serves as a treatise on the evolution and corruption of modern media, arguing that establishment journalists have a vested interest in keeping the powerful comfortable and the people misinformed. It not only contests the false narratives surrounding

O’Keefe’s activities frequently put forth by corporate media; it documents the consequences of exposing the truth in a world where media elites control the national narrative.

On another level, it is a rollicking adventure story. The book recounts detailed events of Mr. O’Keefe’s life during the height of the 2016 presidential elections during his explosive investigations which proved a DNC subcontractor was inciting violence at Donald Trump rallies.

The reader can follow along as the FBI, Secret Service and DC Metro Police use hidden-camera evidence provided by Project Veritas to stop a dangerous plot to sabotage a presidential inaugural event. Learn how Veritas obtained the footage which forced the rioters to scale back their plans and led to three arrests and convictions.

The book also offers never before heard behind-the-scenes details of his American Pravda investigations, including hidden-camera videos exposing media bias and lack of credibility at outlets like CNN and The New York Times.

Earlier this week, The Daily Caller first reported on a chapter of American Pravda where Mr. O’Keefe recounted a meeting with then-citizen Donald Trump. CNN later followed suit but misleadingly reported on that chapter of American Pravda by misrepresenting O’Keefe’s first meeting with future President Trump. This clear-cut example of propagandizing by the mainstream media is the exact reason this book was written.

PRAISE FOR AMERICAN PRAVDA:

“This book is a clarion call on behalf of accountability, transparency, and responsible government: items high on the rhetorical agenda of the bureaucrats that run our lives but somehow always forgotten when it comes to their exercising power.”Roger Kimball, The New Criterion

“James O’Keefe’s book is revelatory, scandalous, shocking and – yes, funny as hell as well. Told by a youthful but battle-hardened warrior deep in enemy lines of the culture wars, “American Pravda” pulls back the iron curtains of institutional corruption to reveal a red-rimmed hellscape of falsehood and manipulation. A powerful and inspirational read, highly recommended” Stefan Molyneux

“The mainstream media, led by the Washington Post, New York Times, and CNN, are out for revenge against President Trump for labeling them “fake news” and using social media to get around them, according to an explosive… book by muckraker James O’Keefe.”Paul Bedard, The Washington Examiner
